Engineering

Engineer team is part of the audit team to verify factories' capability. We provide professional engineering support for each project. Review file before production and communicate with customers directly for engineering questions. Work between customer and production line to make sure we understand well each specific requirement of the product. After EQ close, we would create an inspection checklist for inspection team to double check the quality before delivery, making sure it is done correctly from beginning to the end. 

Quality

Quality is always our top priority. SUNTRON has built up a quality management system to manage suppliers and help them make continuous improvement. We have a professional quality team conduct new supplier qualification and annual audits to monitor and ensure factories maintain the quality level according to our quality standards. We hold monthly meetings with vendors for performance review. Our inspectors work in factory to double check the quality before delivery. Rejected items would be stopped in production line instead of waiting for customers to check complain and solve quality issue, saving customer the trouble of handling it.
Customer Service

Customer service team works at 2 shifts per day to be in line with customer’s working time and production line’s. The purpose is to make best use of the time and response quickly for better communication and shorten time used in each project. The team monitor WIP of each order to ensure on time delivery.
Logistics

Logistics team works with forwarders to provide competitive deliver cost for customers. Both FOB and DAP term are available for customers. 3 to 5 days delivery worldwide by air and several weeks by ocean.  
Sourcing With thousands of factories in China and southeast Asia, some being top level facilities focusing on high technologies, some focus on standard ones; Some on great quality with high cost and some on ultra-low cost with risk of quality. Some on large volume and some on small volume; Each of their production line is designed based on the factory's development strategy. Every year lots of customers pay extra cost for excessive quality and may shoulder big loss after using poor quality products. Our job is not to find the lowest price solution for customer. What we do is using our 15 years' experience in the industry to use factories with good and stable quality and most cost-effective solution. We verify the key strengths of each factory and use them to serve the demand of each specific project.
